So Energy's New Account Section!

We've redesigned and refined things for our customers.

As an energy supplier, we have a responsibility to make things easier for our customers (this applies only to things related to us as an energy supplier, we can’t help with crosswords etc. but if you’re stuck we can see what’s possible).

To this end, we’ve been working on a revamped account section on our website to streamline, simplify and make clearer our customers' interactions with their So Energy account. If you’re a So Energy customer, you’ll notice this change when you log in as of today (8 November 2021).

What’s New?

Fundamentally, nothing. Everything you need for the smooth running of your account is still there, nothing has been removed or made more complicated than it needs to be.

New Account Payments So Energy

Based on the experience of some very bright people working at So Energy and the things that we learned by talking to our customers, we’ve refined our account section so that all the information you need and all of the So Energy account essentials that you can’t do without are now easier to get to than ever before.

My Account

Our brand-new account section has already been tested by a group of customers, who tell us it’s ‘easy to navigate’, ‘excellent’, ‘simple to use’ and - our favourite - that ‘for the first time in a long life, I can finally understand gas and electric accounts’.

Make your way over to your account now (if you're a So Energy customer) to have a look around. We’re confident you’ll like what you see.
