What is the warm home discount?

The Warm Home Discount is for eligible customers to help cover their energy bills. If you're eligible, we'll credit your energy account with £150 to help towards your bills.

Apply for LEAP funding

We've partnered with LEAP to help customers who may be at risk of fuel poverty. They can help with the following:
  • Energy saving advice
  • Replacement white goods (fridges, freezers, cookers and washers) and supply of air fryers and heated airers/dehumidifiers to reduce the use of high-energy-usage appliances
  • Replacement and repair of broken gas boilers and heating system tune-up service for sluggish heating systems
  • Income, benefits and debt advice and support from expert delivery partners
